Shape & Base: A polished gold shield forms the body of the badge, narrowing to a point at the bottom. A spread-winged eagle with engraved feather detail perches at the crest, gold laurel branches curve up both sides from the base with each leaf struck separately, and a pebbled field fills the face behind the banners with a sunburst fanning out behind the seal.
Center: A circular medallion sits at the heart of the badge in a raised gold ring, its band left plain rather than lettered.
