The die and the artwork stay on record for replacements and reorders.

Yes. Send one design and tell us which formats you need; the quote prices each one at its own quantity. Any badge design converts to an embroidered badge, flex badge, PVC patch, lapel pin or junior sticker from the same artwork.

Yes. Send the bid package with your quote request; we complete and sign the agency’s own bid forms, quotes stay valid for 30 days, tax-exempt orders are accepted and physical samples are available on request. Purchase orders are accepted from federal, state and local government agencies.

Yes. We accept single badge orders with no minimum quantity requirements for metal badges. Some product types (flex badges, PVC patches, stickers) do have minimums due to production setup costs. Order one badge for a new recruit or outfit your entire department — same quality, same attention to detail either way.

Metal badges range from $45–$150 depending on the style, size, and level of customization. Every badge includes full personalization — your agency name, officer rank, badge number, and department seal — at no extra charge. There are no setup fees and no hidden charges. Yes. Send us your existing badge or clear photos of it and our design team will create an exact duplicate. We send digital design proofs for your approval before production begins so you can confirm every detail looks exactly right. We can also reproduce the same design in different color variations — gold, silver, two-tone — for different ranks within your department.

Yes. Volume pricing applies automatically by quantity from our badge price ladder: $150 per badge for 1–2, $90 at 3–9, $80 at 10–15, $75 at 16–24, $65 at 25–49, $55 at 50–499, and as low as $45 at 500 or more — up to 70% off the single-badge price. There is no minimum and no setup or mold fee at any tier, and departments can order on a purchase order with net-30 terms.

You’ll need your agency name, officer rank or title, badge number (optional), and any seal or emblem you’d like included. Our live online designer lets you enter this information and see your badge update in real time. Yes. For all custom quote orders, our design team sends you a digital proof for approval before
production begins. You can request as many changes as needed until the design is exactly right.
Production only begins after you give final written approval. For badges designed through our online
designer, you see a real-time preview of every change as you make it — what you see on screen is exactly what you receive.

Yes. We accept purchase orders from verified government agencies including police departments,

We offer four types of custom patches. Embroidered patches are our most popular option, made with premium polyester thread on heavy-duty twill backing with a minimum order of 10 pieces. PVC rubber patches are ideal for tactical gear and all-weather use with a 50-piece minimum. Woven patches offer a flatter, more detailed finish for intricate designs. We also offer iron-on, sew-on, and velcro backing options for all patch types.

Yes. Every patch can be personalized with officer name, rank, badge number, and unit designation. For department-wide orders, simply provide us with each officer’s details and we will produce individually personalized patches for every member of your team. This is popular with police departments ordering shoulder patches, name tapes, and rank patches for full department uniform updates.

Yes. We maintain design files for all custom badge orders. To reorder, contact us with your previous
order details and we’ll retrieve your design immediately. Reorders typically process faster than
new orders since your design is already approved. You can also modify quantities or make minor design adjustments — for example updating badge numbers for new officers joining your department.
