How long does production take?
Orders can take approximately 15 days to make mould (business days) approximately 21 days for production (business days). WE CAN NOT GUARANTEE these dates, as these are approximate dates.
(Please allow a few extra days for shipping) (Shipping times vary for different countries). Please note the current Coronavirus pandemic may delay orders or increase production time for 2022-2023
Orders of 500 badges or more, please allow additional time for production.
Remember that holidays could add an extra 10 days to production and weather conditions may add time to delivery.
If you have a deadline, please let us know ASAP and will make the best effort to meet it. 🙂
What is the minimum order?
Here is the minimum order break down. 🙂
Text, badge color and numbering can be different for each badge.
Badge size, style and seal will have to be the same.
- No minimum order for badges
- Lapel pins minimum order is 50 pcs
Can I use my organization logo as a seal?
Yes, you can add your organization logo and tag line to create the perfect seal.
Share your logo with our live chat team to have our designers instantly make adjustments, so your logo looks great on the seal designer.
There is no extra charge to add your logo, its free. 🙂
All badges must have the same seal for the minimum 10 badges. A new order for badges must be placed for the new seals, again with the minimum of 10 badges. (seal setup costs can be $150-$200 per seal if order is less than 10 badges for each additional seal)
Can I have different font letters?
You have 5 options
- There are 5 fonts available, please see fonts in badge designer
- You can add stars ★ to any panel in the badge. Simply copy this ★ and paste in the panel. 🙂
Can I have sequential numbering?
Yes, you can have sequential numbering and ranks.
Add the starting number you want on the badge, then you will see a drop down box, insert the number sequence you want (Ex: ” I want numbering to be 101-151 total 50 badges”) 🙂
Are there price breaks for larger quantities?
Yes, there are prices breaks. As your order quantity increases, the price of the badges will go down.
Simply adjust the quantity and see the prices changes.
When you add badges to the cart, lets say with different ranks or numbers, as the badges get added in the cart, you will notice the prices will adjust to lower prices, as the quantity increases. They badges will be grouped during check out. 🙂
What are my attachment options?
It’s great to have options.
You can choose a safety pin and catch or upgrade your badges to our popular velcro attachment to wear on anything. 🙂
Can you duplicate my existing badge?
Yes, we can duplicate your existing badge.
Simply send your design to our live chart team. 🙂
We do our utmost best to determine any defects in our badges. If a you receive a badge with a defect, let us know right away and we will repair or replace it for you free of charge. 🙂

Do you have a return policy?
Since these are custom badges with your organization information, all sales are considered final, once order is placed and payment is made.
Please make sure you are happy with your design before processing your order.

Can I order badges for my law enforcement agency?
Any badge order that is placed for federal, state or local law enforcement agencies require an authorization letter before we start production. 🙂
Heat pressing patches to shirts?
For applying patches to Owl Badges polo shirts (7.8oz), kindly follow these steps using an American quality heat press:
- Set the temperature to 320 degrees.
- Press for 30 seconds.
- Follow up with an additional 10-second press.
Please wash test to make sure your press is working correctly, make adjustments if needed.
Remember, we’re using an industrial-grade heat press that’s made in America.
