It is a five-point star badge struck in polished gold, carrying a large beaded center disc and a red enamel State of Texas seal.
Shape & Base: A five-point star is die-struck in polished gold, with rounded ball tips finishing each of the five points and a matching ball finial at the top. Engraved scroll filigree runs the full length of every star arm, worked right to the edges so the gold body carries texture across its whole face.
