Shape & Base: A five-point star is die-struck in polished gold and set inside a circular ring, with the star bridged to the ring at each of its points. Engraved scroll filigree covers the full length of every star arm, worked out to the tips so the gold body holds texture across its whole face.
Center: A circular seal sits at the heart of the star, built as a red enamel ring carrying STATE OF across the top and TEXAS across the bottom in white lettering. Inside it, a blue enamel disc holds a white star framed by a gold laurel wreath.
