Shape & Base: A five-point star is die-struck in polished gold, with rounded ball tips finishing each of the five points and a matching ball finial at the top. Engraved scroll filigree covers the full length of every star arm, giving the gold body a worked texture out to the tips.
Center: A circular seal sits over the middle of the star, built as a blue enamel ring carrying STATE OF across the top and TEXAS across the bottom in gold lettering.
