Description
The Royse City Police Department serves a growing city east of Rockwall, set mostly in Rockwall County with portions reaching into Collin and Hunt counties along the Interstate 30 corridor. Its officer badge rises around a columned building in gold, with a blue state seal set at its front and the city name on a gold panel below.
Shape and Base: The badge is a silver oval with laurel sprays climbing both sides and fine rays fanning across its face. POLICE OFFICER arches across the top on a broad gold ribbon in black serif letters, its tails folding down at the shoulders.
