Description
This Brooks County Sheriff’s Department patch recreates the department’s shoulder emblem for the South Texas ranching county whose seat is Falfurrias. It is a clean two-tone design, with navy lettering and a gold star on a tan field in a distinctive squared, custom-cut shape.
Shape and Border: Instead of a shield, the patch has a squared outline with straight top, right, and bottom edges and an uneven, notched left edge. A navy merrowed border follows the full outline around the tan twill.
Center Design: A large gold five-point star fills the middle of the patch, with the number 426 stitched across its center in bold navy numerals.
Lettering: BROOKS COUNTY arches across the top in navy block letters, and SHERIFF DEPT. runs straight along the bottom. The letters T, E, X, A, and S are spaced around the star, one set between each pair of points, so the state name circles the center.
Color and Thread: Navy and gold on tan keep the palette simple and practical, giving the patch a crisp, high-contrast look that suits khaki and tan uniforms — with the gold star as the single bright focal point.
Finish Quality: Each patch is embroidered with full-coverage stitching on polyester twill, cut to its custom outline with a merrowed edge, and offered with iron-on or sew-on backing. For the metal version from the same department, see the Brooks County Sheriff badge.

🛡 Authorized Purchase & Credential Verification
Patches bearing a real agency or department name are sold only to that agency or its authorized representatives. Law enforcement and public-safety buyers must provide proof of occupation, valid credentials, or an authorized purchasing letter before production begins. We do not sell agency-named patches for personal use.
Custom and fictional designs — for example, a made-up department like “Town of Western Hope Police” — are welcome, as are designs where you change the agency or department name to your own.
