Description
This Chambers County Sheriff’s Office patch recreates the department’s shoulder emblem for the Texas Gulf Coast county on the east side of Galveston Bay, whose seat is Anahuac. It pairs a traditional sheriff shield with a Texas outline stitched in the colors of the state flag.
Shape and Border: The patch is a tall tan shield with an arched top, rounded shoulders, and sides that taper to a curved point, framed by a gold border band and finished with a black merrowed edge.
Center Design: A round seal fills the middle of the shield. Inside it, an outline of Texas is filled in flag colors, with blue across the west and the panhandle, white across the upper east, and red across the lower east. A smaller round seal sits over the state, holding a white five-point star inside a green wreath on a light blue disc.
Lettering: SHERIFF arches across the top of the shield in large gold block letters outlined in black. The wide gold ring of the seal reads CHAMBERS COUNTY across the top and SHERIFF’S OFFICE along the bottom in black, with a small black square at each side, and the inner seal reads STATE OF above the star and TEXAS below it.
Color and Thread: Tan twill and gold set a warm base, while the red, white, and blue state outline and the green wreath give the center a bright focal point that reads clearly from a distance.
Finish Quality: Each patch is embroidered with full-coverage stitching on polyester twill, finished with a merrowed edge, and offered with iron-on or sew-on backing. For the metal version from the same department, see the Chambers County Sheriff badge.

🛡 Authorized Purchase & Credential Verification
Patches bearing a real agency or department name are sold only to that agency or its authorized representatives. Law enforcement and public-safety buyers must provide proof of occupation, valid credentials, or an authorized purchasing letter before production begins. We do not sell agency-named patches for personal use.
Custom and fictional designs — for example, a made-up department like “Town of Western Hope Police” — are welcome, as are designs where you change the agency or department name to your own.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I order a custom patch like this Chambers County Sheriff’s Office design?
Yes. Owl Badges embroiders custom patches to match this Chambers County Sheriff’s Office design, including the Texas outline stitched in flag colors, or adjusted to your own agency name, colors, and size. You receive a free digital proof before production begins.
Can you stitch a state outline in flag colors like the Texas map on this patch?
Yes. A state outline can be filled with separate thread colors laid out like the state flag, as the blue, white, and red Texas map is here, and a seal or emblem can be set over it so both stay clear at patch size.
Can the seal ring carry a different county or office name?
Yes. The gold ring can carry any county or office name across the top and bottom, and the small side squares, the arched SHERIFF title, and the tan background can all be changed to match your department.
What does a sheriff patch like this cost?
Estimated pricing starts at about $17 each at 10 pieces and drops to roughly $2 each at 1,000 pieces, with no setup fee. Final pricing depends on size, stitch count, and quantity, and is confirmed with a free quote.
How long does production take for a patch like the Chambers County design?
Production typically takes about three to six weeks after proof approval, covering digitizing, embroidery, merrowed edging, and backing. Your proof is confirmed before stitching starts.
Do I need credentials to order a Chambers County Sheriff’s Office patch with the real agency name?
Yes. Patches bearing a real agency or department name are sold only to that agency or its authorized representatives. Law enforcement and public-safety buyers provide proof of occupation, valid credentials, or an authorized purchasing letter before production begins. Fictional or fully customized designs with your own name are welcome without that step.
