Standard orders ship in approximately 8-14 weeks from design approval. This includes die creation, manufacturing, quality inspection, and finishing. Rush production (8-10 weeks) is available for an additional fee. We’ll send tracking information once your order ships.

What's the minimum order?
One badge. Unlike many manufacturers, we accept single-badge orders at standard pricing. Volume discounts start at 10 badges and increase with quantity—bulk orders of 100+ badges receive 65-80% off per-unit pricing.

Can I include my county seal?
Yes. Upload your county or court seal during the design process and we’ll incorporate it into the badge center. If you only have a low-resolution image, our design team can recreate the artwork at no extra charge. State seals for all 50 states are already in our system.

Can I make changes after ordering?
Once production begins, changes aren’t possible because each badge requires custom tooling. We offer unlimited revisions during the design approval phase—take your time reviewing the proof before confirming. Text corrections may be possible within 24-48 hours of order placement if dies haven’t been created.
