• How does the design process work?

  Select a badge style from our collection, then use our online designer to add your details. Choose your finish, upload logos, enter titles and badge numbers, and preview your design instantly. Our team reviews every order for accuracy before production begins.

• What metal finishes are available?

  Gold, silver, two-tone (gold/silver or silver/gold), black, antique gold, and antique silver. All badges are die-struck from solid brass for durability and professional weight. Colored enamel fills available for emblems and text.

• What badge shapes can I choose from?

  Eagle top shields, 5-point stars, 6-point stars, 7-point stars, ovals, rectangles, and traditional shield shapes. Each style accommodates custom text panels, center seals, and your organization’s artwork.

• What's the minimum order?

  One badge. Order a single badge or outfit an entire department. Volume discounts start at 10+ badges, with additional savings for larger orders.

• How long does production take?

  Standard production is approximately 8-14 weeks from design approval. Rush production available at 8-10 weeks for urgent needs. Large orders over 50 badges may require 10-14 weeks to ensure consistent quality across all units.
