• How does the design process work?

  Select a badge style from our collection, then use our online designer to add your details. Enter your name, title, badge number, and organization. Upload logos or choose from our state seal library. Preview your design instantly before ordering.

• What information can I add to my badge?

  Name, title, rank, badge number, employee ID, department name, and organization. Upload your own logo or emblem, or choose from all 50 state seals. Each badge can include unique details for individual identification.

• Can each badge in an order have different details?

  Yes. When ordering multiple badges, each one can have unique names, badge numbers, titles, and ranks. Our online designer lets you save and manage multiple configurations within a single order.

• What's the minimum order?

  One badge. Order a single badge for yourself or hundreds for your organization. Volume discounts start at 10+ badges, with additional savings for larger orders.

• How long does production take?

  Standard production is approximately 8-14 weeks from design approval. Rush production available at 8-10 weeks for urgent needs. Large orders over 50 badges may require 10-14 weeks to ensure consistent quality across all units.
