How does the design process work?
Select your badge style from the options above, then use our online designer to customize text, finish, and seal placement. You’ll see a real-time preview as you make changes. Once satisfied, add to cart and checkout. Our design team reviews every order for quality and accuracy before production begins.

What ranks and unit designations can I include?
All standard police ranks are supported including Officer, Corporal, Sergeant, Lieutenant, Captain, Commander, Deputy Chief, and Chief. You can also add unit designations like K9, SWAT, Detective, Traffic, Gang Unit, or School Resource Officer.

What state seals and department logos are available?
We maintain high-resolution versions of all 50 state seals in our design library. Custom department logos, city seals, and agency emblems can also be uploaded during the design process for placement at badge center.

What's the minimum order?
One badge. We welcome single-badge orders for individual officers as well as bulk orders for entire departments. Volume discounts start at 10 badges (20-30% off) and increase with quantity—orders of 100+ badges receive 65-80% off per-unit pricing.

How long does production take?
Standard production is approximately 8-14 weeks from design approval to delivery. This includes custom die creation, manufacturing, quality inspection, and shipping. Rush production (8-10 weeks) is available for an additional fee.
