• How does the design process work?

  Select a badge style from our state trooper collection, then customize it using our online designer. Add your district name, rank, badge number, and state seal. Preview your design instantly and make adjustments until you’re satisfied. Our team reviews every order for accuracy before production begins.

• What ranks and titles can I include?

  All standard ranks from Trooper and Senior Trooper through Corporal, Sergeant, Lieutenant, Captain, Major, and Colonel. We also support specialized titles including Criminal Investigator, K-9 Handler, Traffic Safety Specialist, Drug Enforcement Agent, SWAT, and Field Training Officer.

• What state seals and patrol emblems are available?

  All 50 state seals are included in our design library. Upload your highway patrol emblem, district logo, or specialized unit insignia for the badge center. Our team can help optimize artwork for badge production at no extra charge.

• What's the minimum order?

  One badge. Whether you need a single replacement badge or outfitting an entire barracks, we handle orders of any size. Volume discounts start at 10+ badges, with significant savings at 25, 50, and 100+ quantities.

• How long does production take?

  Standard production is approximately 8-14 weeks from design approval. Rush production available at 8-10 weeks for urgent needs. Barracks orders over 50 badges may require 10-14 weeks to ensure consistent quality across all units.
