How does the design process work?
Select a patch shape from our collection, then use our online designer to add your details. Enter your department name, city, and station number. Upload your department emblem or choose from our fire service design library. Preview your design instantly before ordering.

What information can I include on fire department patches?
Department name, city or district, station number, state name, and department emblems. Include designations like Firefighter, Captain, Lieutenant, Battalion Chief, Fire Chief, Engineer, Paramedic, EMT, Rescue, HazMat, Arson Investigator, or any specialized unit identifier.

What materials and backings are available?
Embroidered patches for traditional uniform appearance. PVC rubber patches for durability in high-heat and wet conditions. Flex patches for lightweight comfort. All materials available with sew-on, iron-on, or velcro backing options.

What's the minimum order?
10 patches per design. Volume discounts available at 25+, 50+, and 100+ quantities. Each patch in an order can have different text while maintaining the same base design.

How long does production take?
Standard production is approximately 3-5 weeks from design approval. Rush production available for urgent departmental needs. Large orders over 500 patches may require additional time.
