How does the design process work?
Select a patch shape from our collection, then use our online designer to add your details. Enter your department name, unit designation, and location. Upload your logo or choose from our state seal library. Preview your design instantly before ordering.

What patch materials are available?
Embroidered patches for traditional uniform appearance with thread texture and depth. PVC rubber patches for tactical durability, weather resistance, and easy cleaning. Flex patches for lightweight comfort with detailed graphics. All materials available with sew-on, iron-on, or velcro backing.

What can I include on my patches?
Department name, unit designation, state or city name, state seals, department emblems, custom logos, and specialized unit identifiers. Include text like Police, Sheriff, Fire, EMS, Security, K9, SWAT, Patrol, or any custom designation. Upload existing artwork or design from scratch.

What's the minimum order?
10 patches per design. Volume discounts available at 25+, 50+, and 100+ quantities. Each patch in an order can have different text while maintaining the same base design.

How long does production take?
Production is approximately 3-5 weeks from design approval. Rush production available for urgent departmental needs. Large orders over 500 patches may require additional time.
