Shanna Campbell leads business development at Owl Badges, where she has worked with departments, agencies, and individual officers across U.S. law enforcement, security, and public safety for the past three years. Before joining Owl Badges, Shanna spent two years in the security uniform and equipment industry, working with hundreds of security companies, casinos, school districts, and corporate security operations on uniform and credentialing orders.

Her day-to-day work covers the full procurement conversation — helping customers choose between catalog and custom badge designs, walking through rank structures and department seal requirements, advising on order sizing and timing, and reviewing design details before badges go into production. Over five years across the industry, she has worked directly with hundreds of law enforcement departments and security organizations on badge and uniform programs.

Shanna holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from California State University, Northridge (2022). Her background in historical research supports the educational and reference content in the Owl Badges Resources section, particularly the explainer guides covering badge traditions, regional design conventions, and the institutional history of law enforcement and public safety credentialing in the United States.
