Description
The Sanger ISD Police Department protects the campuses of the Sanger Independent School District in northern Denton County, serving students and staff in and around the city of Sanger. Its officer badge sets a Texas map in state flag colors in front of a gold star, framed by a silver laurel oval.
Shape and Base: The badge is a silver oval with a laurel wreath running around the rim and fine rays fanning across its face. POLICE OFFICER arches across the top on a broad gold ribbon in bold black serif letters, its tails folding down at the shoulders.
Center Design: A large gold five-point star stands behind the center, its points reaching out past the edges of a Texas map. The map is filled with the state flag in blue, white, and red enamel, with the white star of the flag set in its blue field.
Banner Lettering: SANGER ISD crosses a curved gold scroll beneath the map, POLICE follows on a second gold scroll, and a small gold tab at the base reads TX, all in bold black serif letters.
Tonal Detail: Silver carries the oval, laurel, and rays while gold takes the star, scrolls, and tab, and the flag map supplies the only color — a proud, clean layout that puts the state flag at the center of a campus badge.
Finish Quality: Each badge is die-struck in solid metal, plated in two-tone silver and gold, filled with flag enamel at the map and black enamel at the lettering, and fitted with a pin-back and safety clasp. For the county lawman from the same Denton County courthouse, see the Denton County Sheriff badge.

🛡 Authorized Purchase & Credential Verification
Badges bearing a real agency or department name are sold only to that agency or its authorized representatives. Law enforcement and public-safety buyers must provide proof of occupation, valid credentials, or an authorized purchasing letter before production begins. We do not sell agency-named badges for personal use.
Custom and fictional designs — for example, a made-up department like “Town of Western Hope Police” — are welcome, as are designs where you change the agency or department name to your own.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can you set a star behind the map like this Sanger ISD badge?
Yes. In a star-behind-map layout the star is struck as the lower layer and the map is raised in front of it, so the star points frame the state on every side. The star and map can be gold, silver, or enamel-filled, and you approve the depth on a free proof before tooling.
Can a campus badge match our city police badge?
Yes. School district badges can be built to echo the local city badge in shape and layout while carrying the district name, so campus officers are clearly identified. They can also be designed as a completely separate style.
What does a badge like this cost?
Estimated pricing runs from about $150 each at low quantities down to roughly $50 each at higher volumes, with no setup fee and no mold fee. The laurel rim, star, flag map enamel, and scrolls are all included in that range, confirmed with a free quote.
How long does production take?
Approximately 8 to 14 weeks after proof approval, covering die tooling, striking in solid metal, two-tone plating, the flag and black enamel fills, and hand-finishing of the star and laurel. For a new school year, order early so badges arrive in time.
Can the TX tab carry a badge number instead?
Yes. The base tab can hold an individual badge number, a rank, or a unit name, and the POLICE OFFICER ribbon re-letters to SERGEANT, CHIEF, or any title. SANGER ISD re-letters to your own district.
Do we need credentials to order a badge with a real district name on it?
Yes. Badges bearing a real agency or department name are sold only to that agency or its authorized representatives. Law enforcement and public-safety buyers provide proof of occupation, valid credentials, or an authorized purchasing letter before production begins. Fictional or fully customized designs with your own name are welcome without that step.
