K9 Handler Silhouette Patch — Order This Dog on Leash Rectangle
Design S1815A at a glance
A rectangle with a brown merrowed edge showing a handler walking a dog on a leash, rendered as a silhouette. Lettering carries the K9 unit name and a two-word motto. With only tan and brown, the scene reads like a field sketch — understated, and already close to subdued.

About this handler and dog silhouette design
Most K9 patches show the dog alone. This one shows the team — a handler and dog moving together on a leash — which is how K9 work actually happens. The silhouette approach keeps it clean: two figures, no fussy detail, and a shape that's legible across a parking lot. The two-tone palette makes it equally at home on a duty shirt or a tactical vest.
Set the unit name and motto to your own, change the dog's silhouette to your breed, or move the pair onto a different background color. This page shows a design concept we manufacture to order — your stitch-ready proof arrives 6–12 hours after you order, and nothing is produced until you approve it.

K9 handler silhouette patch questions
Can the dog silhouette match our breed?
Yes. Shepherd, Malinois, Lab or bloodhound — we redraw the silhouette to your breed's build and ears at no art charge.
Can the handler be shown in tactical gear?
Yes. The handler's outline can add a vest, cap or helmet so the silhouette matches how your team deploys.
Does a two-color design look too plain?
On a uniform it reads as confident rather than plain, and a silhouette stays legible from farther away than a detailed portrait.
Can this go above a shirt pocket?
Yes. A 3.5" × 2" version works as a chest patch, and sew-on or velcro both fit.
Is a glow thread version available?
Yes. The silhouette can stitch in glow-in-the-dark thread for night training and deployments.
