Green Star of Life Ambulance Patch — Order This Mountain Sun Oval
Design S1135A at a glance
A silver-edged oval in white, green, grey and gold, with a green star of life set against mountains and a sun. Lettering carries the service name, a two-part motto and an ambulance title, and every line restitches to yours. Swapping the usual blue for green gives the star a fresh, outdoorsy feel that fits services covering mountain towns and rural valleys.

About this green star of life and mountain sun ambulance oval
Most stars of life stitch in standard blue; this one goes green, which immediately sets the patch apart on a crowded hospital ramp. The mountains and sun behind it give the service a sense of place without naming one, and the white field keeps everything bright. An oval cut with a silver edge adds a clean, modern finish that suits a newer ambulance service as well as an established one.
Order it as shown or tailor it: put your service name in the lettering, write your own short motto, switch the star back to blue, or redraw the mountains as your local skyline. This page shows a design concept we manufacture to order — your stitch-ready proof arrives 6–12 hours after you order, and nothing is produced until you approve it.

Green star of life ambulance patch questions
Can the star of life stitch in blue instead of green?
Yes. A standard blue star with a white rod is a single color swap — preview both versions in the markup tool and quote either one.
Can the mountains match our local skyline?
Yes. Send a photo of your range or a landmark and we redraw it behind the star at no art charge.
Can the motto and ambulance lines carry our wording?
Yes. The service name, motto and ambulance title restitch to your exact text, and the 4-hour mockup shows it placed.
Does a white field stay clean on duty?
White fields show wear sooner than dark ones, so some services order a grey or green field for daily wear and keep white for dress use.
How do I mark up changes to this oval?
Use the markup tool in the quote form to circle the star, pin notes on the lettering and switch colorways. The marked-up ambulance oval attaches to the quote automatically.
Comparing ambulance designs, or the full catalog?
A green star sets this oval apart from most EMS insignia. The ems patch designs beyond this green star of life and mountain sun oval include paramedic shields, crosses and flight crew rounds. If you are weighing embroidery against PVC, or sew-on against velcro, the patch ordering guide that prices a green star ambulance oval from ten pieces explains each option.
