Police K9 Triangle Patch — Order This Eagle, Paw and Radar Design
Design S1782A at a glance
A triangle cut with a grey edge, showing an eagle head and a paw print set over a radar scope. Two lettering lines carry a department K9 name and a K9 division line with its established year. Grey, green and white thread keeps the look technical and cool-toned, closer to a detection unit than a traditional crest.

About this K9 division eagle and radar triangle
Pairing a radar scope with a paw print is a neat way to describe detection work: the dog is the sensor, and the eagle stands for the watchfulness behind it. The triangle outline is unusual for police patches, which makes the design stand out on a sleeve without needing bright colors. Its cool grey and green palette works on both navy and tan uniforms.
Order it as shown or customize it: change the department line, set your own founding year in the division line, or swap the eagle for a shepherd head if you would rather lead with the dog. This page shows a design concept we manufacture to order — your stitch-ready proof arrives 6–12 hours after you order, and nothing is produced until you approve it.

Police K9 triangle patch questions
Can the established year change?
Yes. The division line restitches with your own founding year or can drop the year entirely.
Can a shepherd head replace the eagle?
Yes. We can redraw the eagle as a shepherd, Malinois or Lab head and keep the paw print and radar scope beneath it.
How should a triangle patch be sized?
Measure across the widest edge; 4 inches suits most shoulders, and we scale the lettering on the proof so it stays readable.
Is a subdued version available?
Yes. The grey, green and white palette converts cleanly to wolf gray, OD green or blackout thread.
How do I mark up changes to the design?
Use the markup tool in the quote form to circle the radar, pin notes on the lettering and switch colors. Your annotated design attaches to the quote.
