Its officer badge reverses the usual accent scheme: a polished gold oval with a bright silver seal at its heart, carrying a Texas flag in enamel.
Shape and Base: The badge is a gold oval with a cross-hatched rim and sunburst rays radiating from the center. POLICE OFFICER arcs the crown on a broad gold ribbon in black block letters, with drape tails at the shoulders.
