Description
This Rusk County Sheriff’s Office patch recreates the office’s shoulder emblem for the county whose seat is Henderson. Created in 1843 from Nacogdoches County, the county is named for Thomas Jefferson Rusk, a secretary of war of the Republic of Texas. A gold double ring holding a star filled with the Texas flag fills the center of this navy shield.
Shape and Border: The patch is a shield with a rounded top and sides that taper to a point at the base, finished with a gold merrowed edge and a thin gold border line just inside it.
Center Design: A gold double ring sits at the center of the patch, with gold sprigs set between the rings on the left and right. Inside, a gold-outlined five-point star is filled with the Texas flag, blue with a white star on the left and white over red on the right.
Lettering: SHERIFF arches across the top and OFFICE runs across the base in large gold serif letters. RUSK and COUNTY curve along the top and bottom of the ring in gold block letters.
Color and Thread: Gold thread carries the lettering, rings, sprigs, and border against the navy background, while the red, white, and blue star adds the only accent color.
Finish Quality: Each patch is embroidered with full-coverage stitching on polyester twill, finished with a merrowed edge, and offered with iron-on or sew-on backing. For a department in the same county, see the Henderson Police badge.

🛡 Authorized Purchase & Credential Verification
Patches bearing a real agency or department name are sold only to that agency or its authorized representatives. Law enforcement and public-safety buyers must provide proof of occupation, valid credentials, or an authorized purchasing letter before production begins. We do not sell agency-named patches for personal use.
Custom and fictional designs — for example, a made-up department like “Town of Western Hope Police” — are welcome, as are designs where you change the agency or department name to your own.
