Shape & Base: A five-point star sits inside a circular ring with the areas between the star arms and the ring pierced right through, so the star is defined by open space and meets the ring only at its points. Fine radiating texture fills each arm, running outward from the center toward the tips.
Center: A circular navy blue enamel ring sits at the heart of the star, carrying STATE OF across the top and TEXAS across the bottom in white lettering, with a finely toothed edge running around its outer border.
