Description
The Richmond Police Department serves the county seat of Fort Bend County, a historic city on the Brazos River southwest of Houston, neighboring Rosenberg. Its officer badge sets a towered building against a sunburst field, with a small Texas seal disc and the city name carried on ribbons below.
