Peace Officer Pentagon Patch — Order This Gavel and Handshake Design
Design S1529A at a glance
A five-sided patch with a navy merrowed edge, centered on a gavel over a handshake. Four lettering fields carry an agency name, a jurisdiction line, a unit line and a peace officers line. Light blue, navy and white give it a calm, civic palette that suits court and dispute-resolution work.

About this gavel and handshake pentagon
Not every peace officer's job is enforcement first; court officers, dispute-resolution units and municipal peace officers spend their days settling things. This pentagon says so plainly with a gavel for the law and a handshake for agreement. The five-sided outline is rare in law enforcement insignia, and the light blue palette keeps the tone measured rather than tactical.
Customize it for your unit: set the agency and jurisdiction lines, retitle the unit line to Court Services or Conflict Resolution, or move the art onto a round or shield if your agency prefers a standard cut. This page shows a design concept we manufacture to order — your stitch-ready proof arrives 6–12 hours after you order, and nothing is produced until you approve it.

Peace officer pentagon patch questions
Can the unit line describe what our team actually does?
Yes. Court Services, Conflict Resolution, Code Enforcement or any short title fits. All four lettering fields reword.
Can the pentagon be cut as a round or shield?
Yes. The same art moves to a round or shield outline at the same price per patch if a five-sided cut doesn't suit your uniform.
Can we add our city seal?
Yes. Send a photo or PDF of the seal and we redraw it behind the gavel and handshake at no art charge.
Is light blue too soft for a uniform patch?
Paired with navy and white it reads clean and official. Switch to navy and gold in the markup tool if you want a more formal tone.
How do I request changes?
Use the markup tool in the quote form to circle the gavel or handshake, pin notes and change colorways. Your marked-up pentagon is attached to the quote.
