Description
This Guadalupe County Sheriff’s Office patch recreates the department’s shoulder emblem for the San Antonio-area county whose seat is Seguin. A gold ball-tip star with royal blue GUADALUPE and COUNTY banners and a STATE OF TEXAS seal fills a dark brown patch trimmed in gold.
Shape and Border: The patch is dark brown with an arched top and rounded upper corners, and its sides curve in toward a broad rounded base. A gold merrowed border runs around the full edge.
Center Design: A gold five-point star with ball tips fills the middle of the patch, stitched to look like a sheriff’s badge. Royal blue ribbon banners cross the top and bottom of the star, and its center is a seal edged in red, with a light blue ring around a black star inside a green wreath tied with red at the base.
Lettering: SHERIFF arches across the top in large gold block letters. The ribbon banners read GUADALUPE and COUNTY in white, and the light blue ring reads STATE OF over the top and TEXAS along the bottom in navy, with a small white star on each side.
Color and Thread: Dark brown and gold give the patch a warm, traditional base, while the royal blue banners and the light blue, red, and green seal bring cool color to the center.
Finish Quality: Each patch is embroidered with full-coverage stitching on polyester twill, finished with a merrowed edge, and offered with iron-on or sew-on backing. For the metal version from the same department, see the Guadalupe County Sheriff badge.

🛡 Authorized Purchase & Credential Verification
Patches bearing a real agency or department name are sold only to that agency or its authorized representatives. Law enforcement and public-safety buyers must provide proof of occupation, valid credentials, or an authorized purchasing letter before production begins. We do not sell agency-named patches for personal use.
Custom and fictional designs — for example, a made-up department like “Town of Western Hope Police” — are welcome, as are designs where you change the agency or department name to your own.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I order a custom patch like this Guadalupe County Sheriff’s Office design?
Yes. Owl Badges embroiders custom patches to match this Guadalupe County Sheriff’s Office design, including the royal blue banners on the gold star, or adjusted to your own agency name, colors, and size. You receive a free digital proof before production begins.
Can ribbon banners be stitched in a contrasting color on a star badge?
Yes. Ribbon banners can be stitched in a color that contrasts with the star, as the royal blue banners stand out against the gold star here, making the county name easy to read at a glance.
Can a wreath and star be stitched inside a small center seal?
Yes. A small seal at the center of a star can still hold fine detail, as this one does with a black star inside a green wreath tied with red, framed by a light blue STATE OF TEXAS ring.
What does a sheriff patch like this cost?
Estimated pricing starts at about $17 each at 10 pieces and drops to roughly $2 each at 1,000 pieces, with no setup fee. Final pricing depends on size, stitch count, and quantity, and is confirmed with a free quote.
How long does production take for a patch like the Guadalupe County design?
Production typically takes about three to six weeks after proof approval, covering digitizing, embroidery, merrowed edging, and backing. Your proof is confirmed before stitching starts.
Do I need credentials to order a Guadalupe County Sheriff’s Office patch with the real agency name?
Yes. Patches bearing a real agency or department name are sold only to that agency or its authorized representatives. Law enforcement and public-safety buyers provide proof of occupation, valid credentials, or an authorized purchasing letter before production begins. Fictional or fully customized designs with your own name are welcome without that step.
