Description
This Nolan County Sheriff’s Office patch recreates the office’s shoulder emblem for the county whose seat is Sweetwater. Created in 1876 and organized in 1881, the county is named for Philip Nolan, one of the first American traders to visit Texas. A large flag-colored Texas map with a streaming gold star fills the center of this tan patch.
Shape and Border: The patch has an arched top, angled shoulders, and a rounded base, finished with a gold merrowed border.
Center Design: A large Texas map in the colors of the state flag, outlined in black, fills the center, blue on the west and white over red on the east. A gold five-point star sits just west of the Panhandle, with a fan of thin gold lines streaming from it to a small gold block on the map.
Lettering: NOLAN COUNTY arches across the top and SHERIFF’S OFFICE curves along the bottom, both in bold black block letters.
Color and Thread: The red, white, and blue map and the gold star stand out against the tan twill, while the black lettering and map outline keep the design crisp.
Finish Quality: Each patch is embroidered with full-coverage stitching on polyester twill, finished with a merrowed edge, and offered with iron-on or sew-on backing. For a department in the same county, see the Nolan County Constable badge.

🛡 Authorized Purchase & Credential Verification
Patches bearing a real agency or department name are sold only to that agency or its authorized representatives. Law enforcement and public-safety buyers must provide proof of occupation, valid credentials, or an authorized purchasing letter before production begins. We do not sell agency-named patches for personal use.
Custom and fictional designs — for example, a made-up department like “Town of Western Hope Police” — are welcome, as are designs where you change the agency or department name to your own.
