Description
This Milam County Sheriff’s Office patch recreates the office’s shoulder emblem for the county whose seat is Cameron. Created in 1834 as a municipality under Mexico and organized as a county in 1837, it is named for Benjamin Rush Milam, an early settler and soldier of the Texas Revolution. A gold star badge with a flag-colored Texas map at its center sits below a red SHERIFF band on this black patch.
Shape and Border: The patch has an arched top and sides that angle inward toward a flat base with rounded corners, finished with a gold merrowed border.
Center Design: A gold five-point star with ball tips fills the black field. A white ring at its center frames a Texas map in the colors of the state flag on a black disc, blue with a white star on the west and white over red on the east, and two gold scrolls cross the star above and below the ring.
Lettering: SHERIFF runs across a red band at the top in large gold block letters, and OFFICE sits below the star in gold block letters. The scrolls read MILAM and COUNTY, and the ring reads HONESTY and INTEGRITY, all in black.
Color and Thread: The red top band and the flag-colored map add color to the black field, while the gold star, border, and lettering tie the design together.
Finish Quality: Each patch is embroidered with full-coverage stitching on polyester twill, finished with a merrowed edge, and offered with iron-on or sew-on backing. For a department in the same county, see the Cameron Police badge.

🛡 Authorized Purchase & Credential Verification
Patches bearing a real agency or department name are sold only to that agency or its authorized representatives. Law enforcement and public-safety buyers must provide proof of occupation, valid credentials, or an authorized purchasing letter before production begins. We do not sell agency-named patches for personal use.
Custom and fictional designs — for example, a made-up department like “Town of Western Hope Police” — are welcome, as are designs where you change the agency or department name to your own.
