The Northlake Police Department serves a fast-growing town in southwestern Denton County on the I-35W corridor, between Justin and Roanoke at the edge of the AllianceTexas logistics hub north of Fort Worth. Its patrol badge breaks from the usual lone star: an eight-point compass star enameled in green, purple, and red spans a gold map of Texas, with the full-color state seal at its heart.
Shape and Base: The badge is a silver oval with fine pinstripe rays across the upper field and a smooth polished lower field. A gold ribbon with flared tails arcs the crown carrying PATROL in black block letters.
