The Prosper Police Department serves one of the fastest-growing towns in North Texas, in northwest Collin County along the Dallas North Tollway just north of Frisco and south of Celina. Its officer badge sets a large faceted gold star at the center of a silver oval, framed by gold laurel sprays and a laurel wreath around the full rim.
Shape and Base: The badge is a silver oval bordered by a sculpted laurel wreath rim, with deep sunburst rays radiating across the field. OFFICER arcs the crown on a gold ribbon in black block letters, with drape tails at the shoulders.
Center Design: A large faceted gold five-point star dominates the center, its points catching light at every angle, flanked by gold laurel sprays that rise on either side. Just below the star sits an engraved gold seal medallion carrying a star and wreath in relief.
