When a mold is needed
A new mold is required for badge shapes we haven't manufactured before. This includes entirely new silhouettes, custom AI-generated designs, or unique outlines from your reference photos. Standard catalog shapes do not require a new mold.
How we handle it
We review your uploaded design and tell you upfront whether a mold cost applies — and exactly how much. The mold belongs to your agency, so any reorder of the same design in the future skips this fee.
AI-generated designs
If you've created a badge image with ChatGPT, Midjourney, DALL·E, or any other AI tool, upload it as-is. We'll evaluate manufacturability, suggest minor adjustments if needed, and confirm the mold cost in your quote.
